Building a Team Basecamp
Leadership and Trauma Programs
This program is designed for managers to learn the skills to build a team Basecamp, especially for teams who face repeated trauma as a routine part of their jobs. Managers learn how to create the structures, norms, and routines needed to create a foundation of psychological safety and resilience.
Format: This virtual program consists of six three-hour sessions held over the course of 3 – 4 months. Sessions are conducted via Zoom.
Each participant receives the Instinctive Drives assessment and the CliftonStrenths assessment along with a 1-hour 1:1 debrief.
Pricing and Payment Terms:
$3,700 per person. Minimum cohort size of 12, maximum 18.
Payment is due upon registration.

Explorations of the behaviors of best / worst bosses

A decision tree for knowing what to do in a crisis or with repeated or past trauma on a team
