


Leading Through Trauma - In Person - Enrollment Deposit
Leading Through Trauma™ is an intensive development program for leaders who operate in a context of repeated trauma including first responders, journalists, hospitals and mental health centers, nonprofits, and government agencies.
During this six-day course led by Carolyn Murphy and Gretchen Schmelzer, participants join a vibrant cohort of leaders across sectors to develop tools for discussing trauma in the workplace, discover new ways of leading that help build individual and organizational resilience, and strengthen your own leadership capacity to keep doing the work you love.

Part 1: February 3 - 5, 2026 - at Teleos Leadership Institute in Elkins Park, PA
Part 2: April 21–23, 2026 at Teleos Leadership Institute in Elkins Park, PA
Cost includes delicious breakfasts and lunches. Travel, hotel, and dinner costs are not included.
Payment:
A $1,000 deposit is due at the time of registration.
50% of the remaining balance is due ninety (90) days prior to start date of program.
The remaining balance is due sixty (60) days prior to start date of program.
Fee may be paid in full at time of registration. Early bird pricing is available if full payment is made before September 30, 2025.
Cancellation:
Your deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to the program start date.
If a request for cancellation is received ninety (90) or more days prior to the start date of a program, a full refund of deposit and paid program costs will be issued.
If a cancellation request is received between eighty-nine (89) days and sixty (60) days prior to the start of a program, 75% of paid program costs will be refunded.
If a cancellation request is received between fifty-nine (59) days and thirty (30) days prior to the start of a program, 50% of the program cost will be refunded.
If a cancellation request is received less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of a program, none of the program cost will be refunded.
No refund will be given if a participant leaves early or arrives late.
Please note that the Center for Trauma and Leadership cancellation policy applies to the entire program. Upon registration for the Leading Through Trauma program, the commitment to pay for the entire program experience — whether present or absent at any of the sessions — is understood.
