Leading Through Trauma™ (LTT) is an intensive leadership development program for leaders who operate in a context of repeated trauma including first responders, journalists, hospitals and mental health centers, nonprofits, and government agencies. All sessions are virtual and take place from 8 am–12 pm (PT) / 11 am— 3pm (ET), with a 1:1 Strengths Coaching session scheduled separately. Sessions begin July 17, 2026 and run for six session through December 11, 2026.
