Leading Through Trauma™ (LTT) is an intensive leadership development program for leaders who operate in a context of repeated trauma including first responders, journalists, hospitals and mental health centers, nonprofits, and government agencies. All sessions are virtual and take place from 8 am–12 pm (PT), with a 1:1 Strengths Coaching session scheduled separately. Sessions begin October 9, 2025 and run for six session through March 27, 2026.
