Leading Through Trauma
Leading Through Trauma™ is an intensive leadership development program for leaders who operate in a context of repeated trauma including first responders, journalists, hospitals and mental health centers, nonprofits, and government agencies.
Learning to lead through trauma promotes healing and increases capacity and results. Led by Carolyn Murphy and Gretchen Schmelzer, participants join a vibrant cohort of leaders across sectors and learn powerful, research-based tools for discussing trauma in the workplace, and uncover new ways of leading that gets critical work done while preventing PTSD and burnout for leaders and teams.
We offer two ways to participate in Leading Through Trauma: live virtual sessions, or in-person.
